We collect data directly when you submit our project intake form or contact us by email. Anonymous analytics data is collected through Cloudflare’s privacy-respecting analytics service, which operates without cookies or personal identifiers.

Anonymous Cloudflare analytics data is retained in accordance with Cloudflare’s standard data retention practices and is not tied to any individual.

  • Authorised team members of BLY Software Labs who need it to respond to your inquiry.
  • Cloudflare (as a data processor) for anonymous analytics, governed by Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum.
